Each individual may hold only one active 1000cuci account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending a full review of transaction history.

4.1 All transactions on 1000cuci are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods may change from time to time at 1000cuci's discretion.
4.2 Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at 1000cuci's discretion following enhanced verification.

6.2 Bonus funds are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds prior to meeting rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
6.3 1000cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria and may be withdrawn from individual accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated bonus exploitation across accounts, or any pattern of wagering designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal financial risk — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. 9.3 In no event shall 1000cuci's total aggregate liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their 1000cuci account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.2 You may close your 1000cuci account at any time by contacting the support team. On account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and rollover obligations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to which you irrevocably submit by using the 1000cuci platform.
